To manage your mechanics, you can share access to the settings of one or more of your applications.

  • The administrator user also goes to the Team tab in the Back-Office of their campaigns

  • The administrator user adds the ‘Name of their team “, clicks on ”Create a new user’ and enters the e-mail address of the member they wish to authorise to access this campaign.

  • The invited user will then receive an invitation to join the team in their Socialshaker account, which will validate their authorisation to access one of the administrator's campaigns.

  • In Team management, the invited user appears, along with his status (‘awaiting validation’ or ‘activated’).

In order for the guest user to be affiliated to the campaign, the administrator user must go to the ‘ Configuration’ stage of one of his campaigns and authorise the guest user of his choice to participate in the editing of this particular campaign. To do this, they tick the box displaying the guest user's email address in the ‘Configuration’ stage of their campaign.

The guest user now has permission to edit this campaign, but cannot access the administrator user's other campaigns.

✍️ Please note:

  • Subscription management and related invoices are only visible to the account that subscribed to the licence. It is therefore important that it is the Team administrator who takes out a subscription and not one of his or her colleagues.

  • For a campaign to be seen by the administrator user and the guest user, it must be created from the administrator user's account. If the guest user creates a campaign, it will not be visible to the administrator's account, nor to other collaborators.

What happens if I downgrade from an Advanced subscription with 6 users to a Professional or Basic subscription?

An Advanced subscription can accommodate 6 users, whereas Basic and Professional subscriptions can accommodate 2 users. When you downgrade to one of these 2 lower-level subscriptions, you can choose which 2 users you want to keep.
