Reset your password
To reset your password when you are not logged in to Socialshaker, follow these steps:
Go to the password reset page.
Enter the email address associated with your Socialshaker account.
Click on the Reset button.
An email containing a reset link will be sent to you. Click on this link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Change your password
To change your password when you are logged in to Socialshaker, follow these steps:
Click on the Account icon.
Go to the My Account tab.
Click on Edit Account.
Enter and confirm your new password.
💡 Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 3 of the following 4 types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters.
