My account is locked
You must activate your account by clicking on the ‘Activate my account’ button in the email sent when you registered. As a reminder, this is what the message looks like:
If you don't think you've received it, check your ‘Spams’ box before contacting us.
Bad credentials
There is a typing error in the email address entered or in the password. For your security, the password must be at least 8 characters long and contain 3 of the 4 following types of characters: upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters. If you can't remember your password, you can always reset it.
Also check that the email you are writing corresponds :
either the one linked to the creation of your Socialshaker account (and not your personal email from your Facebook connection, for example).
or the one linked to the account you are trying to access (if you are working on different Socialshaker accounts).
