I can't log in to Socialshaker

My account is locked

You must activate your account by clicking on the ‘Activate my account’ button in the email sent when you registered. As a reminder, this is what the message looks like:

If you don't think you've received it, check your ‘Spams’ box before contacting us.

Bad credentials

There is a typing error in the email address entered or in the password. For your security, the password must be at least 8 characters long and contain 3 of the 4 following types of characters: upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters. If you can't remember your password, you can always reset it.

Also check that the email you are writing corresponds :

  • either the one linked to the creation of your Socialshaker account (and not your personal email from your Facebook connection, for example).

  • or the one linked to the account you are trying to access (if you are working on different Socialshaker accounts).
