Description
Store Locator lets you display a Google Maps map listing your points of sale, either as a micro-site or directly on your website. Set-up is very simple: you upload a CSV file with your addresses to the platform, and your map is displayed. You can also personalize the mechanics with a banner.

Concept
Your marker
You can configure the theme of the mechanism and the rendering of the marker in ‘Mechanics’ > ‘Theme’ and ‘Marker’.
Your adresses
Then set the addresses as follows:
Step 1: click on "Concept" > "Your Addresses".
Step 2: Download the blank .CSV file provided, which you will use to set up your addresses. Warning: do not modify the structure of the file (columns, file name, names of items in the columns) and keep the file intact.
Step 3: Open your file in a program such as Excel or Google Sheets. Fill it in strictly in accordance with the structure. Make sure you don't make any mistakes in the writing, as this could cause the file not to be accepted when uploaded.
Step 4: Save your file in .CSV format with UTF8 encoding and semicolon separators, following these steps:
Open an Excel / Google Sheets file
Click on ‘Import
Select UTF-8 encoding and separators
Step 5: Upload the file to the Socialshaker platform.
Step 6: the addresses now appear in the list below:
Warning:
Does it take a while to load? No problem. You've probably set up a lot of addresses, so you need to give Google Maps time to recover them all.
Do you get the error message ‘Your file is not in UTF8 encoding’? Repeat step 3 from the beginning with your file already filled in with your addresses.
You've uploaded your file and nothing happens? There's probably an error in the file. Check that you haven't made any structural changes and that you've filled in the address information in the right columns.
