How do I set up the confidentiality policy for my campaign?
Updated this week

You can define the confidentiality policy for your marketing campaign in the Form section. The corresponding sub-section is ‘fields to be displayed’:

Do I need to create an opt-in dedicated to the Privacy Policy?

Case 1: The personal data you are going to collect via your operation is not strictly necessary for the performance of the contract - i.e. the rules of the game -.

In this case, your Privacy Policy must be accepted and each additional processing operation (e.g. sending of canvassing, transmission of data for canvassing purposes by third parties, etc.), which must therefore be based on consent, must be specifically accepted.

Case 2: The personal data that you will collect via your operation will only be used to operate the game (e.g. to send prizes, etc.).

In this case, your privacy policy must be made easily accessible via a clickable link (the information must be provided) but does not need to be separately accepted. For example, you can have it accepted at the same time as the game rules, as follows: ‘I accept the competition rules and I have read (your company's) privacy policy’.
