Our licensing options have evolved in July 2024. Since then, each new or renewed subscription is subject to a participant limit:
Free Plan: 10 participants* per campaign
Basic Subscription: 500 participants* per campaign
Professional Subscription: 10,000 participants* per campaign
Advanced Subscription: 15,000 participants* per campaign
*A participant is identified by a unique email address, regardless of the number of participations or attempts made with that address.
Information about Packs
These packs are not annual subscriptions. They are non-binding and not automatically renewable.
A pack is valid only for one campaign and throughout its duration and cannot be reused for a future campaign.
You can purchase as many packs as you want for the same campaign.
You will be informed by email at 50%, 80%, and 100% of reaching your participant quota (with or without a purchased pack). This way, you can take the necessary steps to avoid interruptions. See the "anticipation" section.
If the participant quota is reached before the end of your campaign (with or without a purchased pack), the campaign will be paused. You will need to purchase a participant pack to resume it.

Anticipating traffic for your campaign
We advise you to anticipate the traffic and the expected number of participants for your upcoming campaign to avoid any interruptions. To do this, you can answer the following questions:
How and where will your campaign be broadcast?
Will your campaign be promoted?
How many participants do you usually count on your campaigns?

We recommend purchasing a participant pack before or when launching your campaign. Choose the pack that suits you, according to your needs and expected performance. This way, you won't risk your campaign being paused when it reaches the limit of 5,000 or 10,000 participants according to your subscription.
Unable to anticipate the number of participants?
Is this your first campaign? Is your campaign being broadcast in a limited way?
You can launch your campaign as usual and monitor its performance regularly. During the campaign, decide whether or not to unlock the limit of 5,000 or 10,000 participants according to your subscription by purchasing a pack.
Rest assured, you will be informed by email at 50%, 80%, and 100% of reaching the quota. This way, you can take the necessary steps to avoid interruptions. To do this, simply log in to the platform, click on your account icon, and select “My participant counters”.
Reached the participant limit or the limit of your pack?
If you were unable to anticipate and purchase a pack before the quota was reached or if your campaign reaches the maximum number of participants provided for in your pack, the campaign will be paused.
It will not be deactivated, so you do not lose the benefit of your credit used to launch your campaign. To resume it, go to the “My participant counters” section, purchase the pack of your choice, and then immediately restart your campaign.
Unused Pack?
The purchased pack is valid only for the concerned campaign. It cannot be reused for another campaign.
