Even if your campaign has been activated and you have started to distribute it to your audience, you should know that it is possible to make changes if necessary, whether in the wording of your titles or questions, in the background colour of your page or in the visual of your prize to be won. To do this, all you have to do is make the changes you want and then confirm them using the ‘Confirm’ button at the bottom of the page.
How to delete an image or background from the campaign
Simply click on the cross at the top right of your image or background and then replace it with another by importing it using the ‘Send image’ button.
Case of a campaign published as an iframe on your site
You can modify your campaign as described above: your game url will be updated automatically, without you needing to change the iframe code or generate a new one.
A few important recommendations
don't deactivate your campaign to make a change, as this will cost you a credit on your subscription to reactivate it.
although you can add prizes to your campaign at any time, we recommend that you do not delete any once your campaign has been launched. Doing so could go against your terms and conditions as set out in your rules. For example, if you have ‘150 prizes to be won’, removing them no longer corresponds to this promise made to players.
