The ‘Legal notices’ section is compulsory. This information enables the participant to contact you in the event of a problem. It must include at least the following information:
your contact details, as the organiser of the operation,
the details of the solution on which the game is hosted, i.e. Socialshaker (2 rue Fourier, 59000 Lille, France),
information concerning the host: the data relating to participation in this campaign are stored by Google Cloud Platform, a subcontractor of Socialshaker, a software publisher, and by the company [name of your company].
If you wish, the platform allows you to insert a URL, which will redirect participants directly to the legal notice of your own website. Please note that the ‘Legal Notice’ section has nothing to do with the ‘Privacy Policy’ section, which must also appear in the competition footer (or the burger menu on mobile phones). To set up your legal notices, go to the ‘Home’ tab of your campaign, then scroll down to the ‘Menu’ section. Activate the section and enter the content (your text or a URL).
