Create a simple form with a thank you page. This mechanism is not a competition. It allows you to collect opinions, comments, questions and all kinds of qualified data from your different channels.

Configuration stages

The Contact Form is made up of the following sections
Settings: to determine the general parameters of the contact form.
Registration form: to choose the fields for your form and configure its design.
Concept : to enter the recipient's email address.
Thank you: to thank your participants for taking part.
Publication: to activate and distribute your campaign to your audience.

Form design
Before getting started, we recommend that you read this article, which explains the basics of graphic design on Socialshaker: Creating the design of your campaign. As with all the other mechanics, you have the choice of using the templates provided or importing your own template.
If you choose the latter option, you will need to create the following elements for this mechanic:
Campaign background (1920x1080px recommended).
Desktop home page background (810x700px recommended) and Mobile home page background (480×710px recommended).
Desktop (810x700px recommended) and Mobile (480×710px recommended) form page background.
Note that you can use the campaign background as the default background for all pages on Mobile by checking the appropriate box :
Thank you section
You can enable and customize the thank you page, and offer a redirect button to participants.
This allows you to offer your audience downloadable content, such as a guide, catalogue or live white paper.
List of participants
You can export all the participant information directly from the Mechanics section.
You can also export all the data for all the participants in your campaign from the Actions > Exports and Tracking section. To find out more, we recommend you read this article: Exporting data.
Q&A
What is the difference between the Form and the Contact Form?
The Form allows you to set up a thank you page. The purpose of the Contact Form is to collect questions from your audience.
How can I modify my campaign once it has been activated?
You can, of course, modify your campaign at any time - simply make the changes you want and then confirm them using the ‘Validate’ button at the bottom of the page.
Can I draw prizes among the participants?
The form does not allow you to draw lots among the participants. To organise a prize draw campaign after filling in a contact form, you need to set up a Sweepstakes mechanism.
