My entries are not displayed in the export

Entries made in preview mode will not be included in the export of your campaign data. In addition, entries on the microsite link will not appear in the export either if you have used one or more emails already used in preview mode.

How do I get my entries to appear in the export?

For your entries to be displayed in the data export, you must use a different email address that has never been used in preview mode. This guarantees that the entries will be taken into account in the export.
