Exports and analyze
Updated over a month ago

Introduction

The platform allows you to view the activity of your campaign in real time. To do this, go to the ‘Exports and analyze’ section of the home interface for your campaigns (‘Marketing campaigns’ tab), then click on ‘Actions’ for the campaign in question.

You can access different information about your campaign, which we will describe below:

  • Dates and status

  • Data export

  • Number of participations

  • Terminals and connectors

  • Number of clicks

  • Qualified data

Details of your campaign

Dates and status

Here you'll find the start and end dates and times for your campaign, which you can set in the ‘Settings’ section. You can also check the current status of the campaign (offline or online). To change this status, go to the ‘Installation’ section of your campaign.

Export data

Here you'll find the export of data from the registration form for your campaign (personal data, answers to personalised fields, optin, etc.).

Please note: these exports do not include information such as scores, game responses or results. To do this, go to the ‘Mechanics’ section of your campaign. For more information on exporting your campaign data, please read this article.

Players

Here you can find two pieces of information: the number of unique participations and the number of total participations in your campaign.

  • Unique players: number of people who have taken part in your campaign (one entry corresponds to a single email address). Example: I participate with the following email address: [email protected]. Then I participate again with another email address, for example [email protected]. There will then be 2 unique entries.

  • All players: number of entries in total, counting all the attempts made by each player. Example: I entered with the following email address: [email protected]. Then I try my luck again the next day with the same email address. That's 1 single entry and 2 total entries.

The platform allows you to download a summary graph of unique and total entries over time (.png, .jpeg, .pdf, .svg format).

Used devices & Connection option

  • Find out the percentage of connections to the game by device (desktop, mobile or tablet).

  • Find out the percentage of use of connectors (which allow you to fill in the form in one click with your Facebook, Google + etc. data).

Clicks

  • Track the number of clicks on the game's Facebook URL and on the game's microsite URL that you broadcast when promoting your campaign.

  • Track the number of clicks on the Softgate ‘Like’ button.

Track the number of clicks on your game's ‘Share’ button (Facebook/Twitter).

Please note: you may notice a difference between the number of clicks and the number of participants in your campaign. There are several possible reasons for this:

  • Players accessed your game directly via an Iframe integration

  • Players clicked on the link, but then did not validate their participation.

Qualified data

Find out at a glance the results of your form, in percentage terms, i.e. its completion rate (e.g. percentage of players who have given their consent to receive the newsletter).
